All returns/exchanges must be done within 90 days from original order date.
Returns will be refunded to the original payment.
Return may take up to 45 days to be completed. Please contact us if you do not receive your return label or your have not seen the refund applied to the original payment.
All sales exceeding 30% off and items in our Final Sale tab are final sale and are non-returnable.
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unused. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

We offer a simple option to send back your return merchandise! Follow our easy steps for a hassle-free return.
Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
Fill out the Return Form at the bottom of this page using your email address and order number.
Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice and return form included.
Attach the FREE return label to your packaging and take to your nearest Post Office.

Exchanges and replacement items are based on current inventory.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact email or phone for assistance.
